Installation and adaptation of wordpress template

The site will be a news portal / blog, business directory, adsense site with focus on our niche. Our goal is to build a high traffic throughput site with quality content for our selected niches. The bid winner will be supplied with niche information and we will supply domain and a word press login promt to an wordpress installation to said domain and the template for customization. Requirements: - Installation of a wordpress theme supplied by us -Installation of our adsense account -Installation of our google analytics account -Custom design the site using stock photos and example text content on multiple pages which will fit the niche according to some example sites to create a example on how the site should look. Site design should be optimized for adsense and ad placement should be done to optimize clicks. Photos and other content used must be royalty free. - Site must comply with google adsens terms of service - Create business directory functionality where businesses can upload a logo, write a 400 word description of their business, add their website link and a contact email. This information will be uploaded into a searchable list. - Add basic SEO on site optimization. - When bidding, begin your bid with a time stamp, example "14:23 Hi...", this is to confirm you have actually read these requirements. Posts without this will be ignored. - Adding new posts should be very simple and adsense ads should follow automatically with each new post. This is because we will use many external writers whom will upload content themselves.
