Build a wordpress website like thegadgetflow

I need this website like this : [login to view URL] The theme is custom so you can't really find it online. But i will accept 90% similer theme. Jobs you are required to do: Find a similar theme with demo content. I prefer free but cheap will work too. Build the design like the site. Rest of the work like setting up plugins,etc will be done from my team. This project is very low budget max 30$. So bid only if you can do it in the budget. Start your proposal with ""API"" so that i can see you have read this. Also i will discard any bid who are above 30$ or doesn't start with API. This is a small task. If job done right 10x more work will be provided every week. Looking for an individual rather than a company.
