I need someone to build a very basic website that effectively functions as a database. See the breif attached please. The bidders will need to allow a small amount in their budget for 'small additional requests' that may not have been completely thought of fully in the brief. I dont expect any bidder to accept significant changes to the brief but rather there may be small amendments. Lastly I expect the winning bidder to put together a proposal on how the website/database would be creating and how the imagined it working and I will pay an initial $50 milestone payment for this work. If I am happy with the winning bidders proposal then we will continue however if it is not as I would like then I will revert back to other bidders. If I have missed anything please let me know and I will update this section so all bidders can see. Thanks Troy
