Looking for an experienced developer to edit a healthcare Website

The company is a group that is subdivided into hospital and health plan. The group is located in the city of Manaus, Brazil. The project would be to restructure the site: http://samel.com.br. The project can be developed in English, but it would be necessary to be translated into Portuguese. The current site is in Wordpress format, but it does not serve us anymore, because it does not do what we would like it to do. We would like that when the person started the session she would enter a page that gave her the option to choose between entering the site of the plan or the hospital and then she would be directed to two different pages and with different functions, since they act in a different way. This site template no longer serves us because it also does not link with the systems we have implemented that are Tasy from Phillips and Benner. We would like the user to be able to do more things within the site automatically connected to the system. Things like for example: Inside the Hospital: A patient portal that exhibits imaging and blood exams performed, medical records and history; a doctor's portal to track their payments and schedule Within the Health Plan: A user portal of the plan that generated emission of payment ticket; A sales broker portal that issued extracts, showed its sales indicators, that it could manage its already sold accounts and could see institutional materials; A company portal that has the health plan with user usage reports, invoices, tickets and history of registrations
