Redesign [login to view URL] PLEASE READ PROJECT DETAIL CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING BID 1. We prefer using latest version of open cart which is responsive version. 2. Redesigning the home page based on a template from open cart. We want a complete e-commerce site. 3. Integration of Paypal Pro to accept Credit card payment without going to Paypal site. Also accept Paypal as payment method. 4. Redesigning of Product detail page. With options to display images and product video. Share thru various social networking site. 5. Improve search functionality. Search function should search within product name, description, tags, upc, etc 6. Flexible coupon system 7. Maintainable site from admin panel 8. Easier product upload process. we have a csv file that needs to be uploaded twice a month. The file contains 18000 items. These items needs to be identified prior to each upload for a easy and quick delete from the system preferably from admin panel. Then the new upload will replace/refresh all those 15000 items from new csv file. We also will add about 200-300 items manually and those should not get deleted and these will be maintained manually. 9. Products are organized by Super category, Category and sub category. CSV file contains category and sub category of every product. Products can be found under multiple category and multiple subcategory. We can explain more detail, if you have question 10. Pages that will generate email must have captcha code 11. Flexible shipping rate option and integration of USPS. Which comes with Open Cart 2.2.0 12. Social network icons added to home page and product detail pages for sharing 13. Must be able to maintain Meta tag and Meta description for all pages 14. We may need a photo gallery page which can be loaded with event pictures. Larger image in the middle of screen and small thumbnails at the bottom with left and right to choose to view the images. Small text can be added for each picture from admin panel. 15. Pages should load as little as 2-4 secs. This is very important feature for us. 16. We prefer to change Home page background image/theme during major holidays. (Flexible with this option) 17. Sign up option for news letter when the home page loads first time or user comes to a any other page. User can close the small sign up window and continue browsing. 18. We do not want to remove any functionality from the current website. If there is any deviation we will let you know by email. We will have to transfer some 200+ products from current website to new site. PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS We will create 4 phases for this project. Before starting each phase we will escrow the money. After the website goes live in our server and no major bugs found we will release 75% of the escrow immediately. You must support the site for 60 days for any major or minor bugs. If there is no issue we will release the 25% of escrow after 30 days from the day we go live. Major bugs must be fixed immediately and minor bugs within 3 days of finding. There will be NO negotiation of the project terms and condition. If you do not read and request for negotiation of this terms, we will report your bid as fake or spam bid.
