Web Site for a Small Hockey school

I am looking for a small web site for a hockey school. Must have a registration application. Site content should be easy to maintain with online content management preferred. The site will be small with the ability to add links to other content pages as necessary. The main pages for the site would be a home page, terms of use page, contact page and a registration page. Hosting for the site and a domain is required. Would like the bid price to include all costs for first year. Please provide estimate for support costs / year for hosting ect. for post implementation Please provide a reference links to other smaller sites that you have completed. Would prefer to work with a Canadian vendor.
