Billing Consultant

Do you have 1-2 years of providing support via email and chat? We are a company that is looking to expand our team. We currently require billing consultants to man the desk and answer billing queries. The desired applicant has vast experience with WHMCS support system and knows their way around it like the back of their hand. They are also well spoken over written email/chat/telephone They are eager to progress in the company and are willing to go above and beyond where-ever needed. Primary Duties: - Process refund, cancellations and terminations - Handle billing queries thru tickets, chat, telephone Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience in a billing position - An understanding of the whole billing process - Previous experience in a web hosting company or similar role. - Must have a reliable internet connection. - Excellent written and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Must be able to work 8 hours minimum per day. - Minimum 1 years experience with WHMCS, cPanel - Excellent teamwork/communication skills - Excellent Problem solving skills - Strong customer service skills - Must be a self-starter - Commitment to quality and accurate work
