cash register software

I have small store front that I would like to have my own cash register program. the software should be able to work in windows environment. the application will have two different part the first part will be the GUI that with buttons and will be able to print the receipt this page will have many different buttons. the second part of the application is the administrative part of the application. at this level the administrator will be able to assign user name and password to different users. at this page also the administrator will be able to assign name and price to each buttons of the first page and also will be able to add the sales tax that will be calculated after each sales. and also the administrator should be able to add graphic to the receipt or special text with different promotions. this should be dynamic graphic and text. there should be a button for discount and administrator will be able to assign the discount amount to any button. and I need field that is able to read scan bar code for example administrator should be able to assign to one of the buttons the name chocolate and the price $1.25 and when the sales happening at the end the system should calculate the sales tax base on what the administrator has setup and should print the receipt with line items. the printer will be small cash register printer. the application should be able to generate different report types based on date or sales type, like debit, credit or cash return. the database will be MS Access. I need this software in working condition before first week of March 2012
