466669 WINDOWS 2000 SERVER TERMINAL SERVICE CONFIGURATION

What do I have: I have full License windows 2000 Advance server with 25 client access licenses (CAl) Which mean 25 remote desktops can log into the server at once and use any software that is assigned to their group or account. Here is what I am looking to accomplish: I want to setup a terminal service access where these clients can access the server via remote desktop. If you know of any other softwares outhere to accomplish this without using the micorsoft products, please bring it on. Your qualitifcation: You should be familar to the process and not learning on the project. You should have Knowledge of active directory and Terminal service licensing procedures. Security group policies and so on. You will create customized user groups and policies local to the server. Each user would have a unique username and password which they would use to log in their desktop on my server simultaneously. Each user would have their own temporary files so that unique settings would be inherent to them and not accessible to other users.(which is basically what any account create under windows will do) Access to files, programs or other aspects of the system would be heavily restricted and customized to meet my needs as well. Remote users will not be able to use the internet while inside the server. So internet explorer and email client software would have to be disable for the users. They will not have drive access to copy files They will not be able to copy or paste outsite the server They will not be able to transfer file of any king into or out of the server. They will not be able to use email. Any function that can transfer file to or from the server should be restricted. Here is what I need from you beside configuration. (if you can provide) 1. Dedicated or VPS server capable of handling this service. 2. Send me quote for the server rental if you have one and know where to get one at reasonable price. I currency have a dedicated server, but it has windows 2003. I need one that will handle the 2000 advance server.
