Automatic MP4 to DVD folder (VIDEO_TS for DVD burning) converter

In our business we transfer many MP4 files and burn them to DVD. To prepare the files to DVD, they need to be 'foldered'. We need a program that will automatically ingest MP4 files that are placed in a folder on our NAS, render them to DVD-VIDEO format and output them to a different folder on this NAS.
