I need someone who can configure my machine for remote desktop connection. The machine is windows 10 desktop. I am trying to access with a Mac. I can access other windows 10 machines in the same location, but something is configured wrong on this one. Please be an expert using remote desktop. I am NOT interested in using alternative access methods. We can use teamviewer & chat to connect.
