There is some hope though. Scrapers rely on your site's data being in a consistent format. If you could randomize it somehow it could break their scraper. Things like changing the ID or class names of page elements on each load, etc. But that is a lot of work to do and I'm not sure if it's worth it. And even then, they could probably get around it with enough dedication.

I run some other WordPress sites and I think I can help you to secure this but would need to have a bit more information. What I would suggest first, though, is take a look at the Wordfence plugin and use its IP blocking function to see if you can eradicate the scanning sites that are picking this up. You can also set rules that restrict the number of page views, etc... That plus adding some snippets to your pages that provide links back to those pages so that there is some disruption. Wordfence premium costs are not too high
