Refine wordpress website - Responsiveness, polishing up & Slider Revolution work

Hi, Our new website for our business is setup on a basic level in WordPress using a child theme. Content, design & everything is in there however I require a reliable & WordPress-savvy web-developer or designer who can go through our new WordPress website and assist us to make the performance, look and feel flow as we require: We have noted down specific things we need done - This will include some basic work involving the below: 1) Ensure responsiveness of whole site the way we require. 2) Work with 'Slider Revolution' which we use in sections across the website to make the scrolling transitions and effects how we require. 3) Guidance around making website best performance and optimal across all devices as we require. 4)Customise minor things across the site that come up (i.e. ensuring video plays on mobile etc.) Ideally someone who is cost efficient, can communicate effectively and can work with us in a simple fashion to help polish and refine these few things so we can launch the site over the coming week. On-going work for the chosen freelancer (providing their work ethic and communication is swift and they can simply achieve what we are seeking for this). We can provide access to our back end to freelancer to assess and have a look, answer any questions via chat - before having a call to discuss further if required.
