Repair my Post ad page 1

Some how the guy who was trying to make my site work faster broke the post ad page. Normally when you press one of the options for categories there are supposed to be drop down boxes with information to choose from... as of now.. You only see that information when you post the ad.. then it takes you to the correct area to enter all the information.
