White screen on my wordpress page, first install, need a fix

Hi, I've created an add-on on my host, to install a new domain. I've downloaded Wordpress for the new domain within my host and when going to my website, the page stays blank. I've tried /wp-admin and /wp-login and it keep the page fully blank/white. I've created again my database for the website and the user to see if the database was the issue but it didn't change a thing. Went to the file manager, to find the issue within the [login to view URL], removed the last line of empty code since this is a common issue on wordpress but still no change.
