Wordpress - Custom Email Template and Automation Plugin

SUMMARY We require you to create a custom plugin that has the ability to send out an editable email upon the creation of a WordPress User (this email is to be sent 60 mins after the creation of the user) THIS EMAIL WILL ALSO contains an uneditable custom link (i.e. hardcoded in the php file) that contains a link to a page and the user’s Wordpress ID as a parameter to that link. WHAT WE REQUIRE 1. A plugin that sends out emails as described above. The link to be sent will be something like /questionnaire?z= where the user’s ID will be added to give something like /questionnaire?z=30 for the user with an ID of 30. 2. NOTE: We require only one type of user to receive these emails, that type is “Customer” (i.e. a Woocommerce user type). 3. A SETTINGS PAGE as follows: - On the Questionnaire Settings page, we require a statement at the top of the page (with a check box) stating the following ‘ Would you like to send your client a Questionnaire upon booking?’. If this checkbox is not selected, no further options in the settings page will display. Additionally, emails will not be sent out. - If the checkbox is selected, the following email template will need to appear on the settings page (See attached Image for Basic Idea, Richard would be replaced by place holder): SUBJECT: We require a customizable Subject textbox that we can change. BODY OF EMAIL – PART ONE: A classic editor/TinyMCE where we can save the first part of the email templates text body. A placeholder showing that the link to the questionnaire will be placed here. We suggest uneditable text is added here as follows “LINK TO QUESTIONNAIRE WILL BE ADDED TO THE EMAIL HERE” BODY OF EMAIL – PART TWO: A classic editor/TinyMCE where we can save the second part of the email template’s text body. We require that we can put simple placeholders in the template. This will include, the user’s first name {first name} and {last name}. So this is a short example of how the email will look when it is received by a user (From basic Image attached): Subject: Hi Richard. Please complete the attached form prior to your appointment. Body: Hi Richard. Please find your questionnaire link below. PLEASE CLICK HERE TO COMPLETE YOUR QUESTIONNAIRE. If you have any questions, let me know. Look forward to meeting you. Kind Regards, ABC Business Ltd 4. A SAVE BUTTON: To make sure everything is saved as required. 5. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS OF THIS PLUGIN. In Addition we also require a Shortcode be built where we can place a button on any page, that button will resend an email immediately upon clicking. This button will pull the parameter from the URL of that page, as that page will have the parameter already in it (?z=). As stated above, z= is exactly equal to the WP user ID.
