Fill in a Spreadsheet with Data

Hey Guys, I have attached a sample excel file which has paragraphs of text in two columns (Summary & Details). We need to extract the follow information from those two columns. Owner,Email,Mobile,Telephone,Fax,Website,Business Hours,Address,Languages Spoken,Business Name and Description (description is the text, that will remain after we have extracted out all the information that we need and we will need to remove related businesses from the details column). Most records will not have all the information, in those cases, we will extract as much information as possible. We will need to retain the IDs as mentioned in the first three columns. We will always have a value in at least Summary or Details column, but there can be values in both of them as well. If we cannot find all the information from the Details column, then we need to look in the Summary to get the information. In the final file there will be around 5,500 records. Please review the file thoroughly before you make an offer because I don't want you to waste my or your own time. It is not be as simple as it may seem. I will review the extracted data and it has to be very very high quality without any mistakes. There is a keyword in Row 12 and Column D of the excel file, make sure include that as the first word in your proposal/quote. This is to ensure that you have actually gone through the file. If you don't have this or it is incorrect, I will not even bother going through your message as it shows your commitment to the task and your attention to detail. I will need this to be done by March 10, so please only bid if you can do it by that time. Good luck.
