Creation of a serial number control database

Hello, I can provide an easy to use Excel/VBA app (or Access if you prefer). It will provide these features : 1. Importing new Serial number for archiving 2. Not sur if the file we will use to import contain already the relation between serial and the other parameters (supplier, order date..). Else let me know how we can make the matching 3. We can add a kind of report each time we import : example : when importing and befor adding to the database, we generate a report telling this one exist and associated with such supplier.. this one do not exist.
