The Goal is to develope a console application in c# that will influence the count of seeder/leecher of Bittorrent trackers like "udp://" displayed in torrent clients like qbittorrent. It should connect to the tracker (with proxy list provided,if neccesary) and authentificate as valid seeder or leecher for a given torrent hash.
