Assignment Task: This assessment is in two parts: A and B Part A: Presentation – 30% of marks for the module Using PowerPoint, prepare a presentation which analyses the impact on employees, managers and directors of European Union Directives in respect of employment contracts. Each person in the group MUST present for five minutes and a copy of the slides should be given to the assessor prior to the presentation. Marks: 30 Part B: 2,500 word Written Report – 70% of marks for the module With reference to relevant case law, analyse the following: a) The impact of misrepresentation, mistake, duress and undue influence on the validity of a contract. Marks: 45 b) The circumstances in which the protection afforded to members by separate legal personality and the ‘veil of incorporation’ will be removed by the courts. Marks: 25 Please remember that you must provide properly referenced evidence for all of the claims/assertions you make. NB: I need the part A in 5 hours, its very simple just the slides for 5mins presentation
