Create an App to Use BigBlueButton 0.81 on an Android

I would like to have an app created so that I can run BigBlueButton on an android. In particular, I would like to be able to share documents and mark them up using the whiteboard function, and then have the sessions be recorded. I do not know if it would be possible to "Share Desktop", but there are other apps that are better for writing on pdf's that I would like to be able to share. The key is for a tutor to be able to work on a tablet with a student, and then to have the session recorded with the voice.
