Animation children\'s full length

Hello and thank you for viewing, I happen to have a copyrighted educational program for children here, which is already in existence in one form. I am seeking to use this version to create a derivative work in the form of a full length film and convert to DVD format. I am seeking to have this work done in an animation rather than having physical human actors. Please note there has been a storyline prepared along with a list of characters and that the DVD design and label have already been complete. The complete overall film is expected to be between the timing of an hour twenty minutes to an hour and a half long maximum. Should you be able to convert this film into other languages it would be a plus. With additional pay. Also a possibility, I would be willing to extend if accepted and agreed a contract detailing specific entitled royalty out of x amount of films copies or either royalties from each over a period of time for each language.
