I need you to understand how a RunPE works, if you do not please do not bid on this project. I want this program to have a builder that creates a file (File1). The File1 will add another program (file2) as a byte and File1 will inject file2 into a process using a RunPE with specific parameters. The point of the builder is to allow the user to specify the parameters. This should be a very easy job if you know how a RunPE works and most of them are public.

RunPE is used only to clone a process, I'm not sure if injected file can take parameters, lets try it for a day. Done!, Tested it's working, it's possible.

This is a really easy project and I can do this under a day. Any coder that knows what he is doing should be able to do the same. I do not want to see you getting ripped off by others that do not understand how a RunPE works and just bid randomly. If you do not hire me make sure the other person will knows what they are doing and not over charging for such a simple project.
