Apache Traffic Server Plugin needed

I need a plugin created for Apache Traffic Server. There is an example already included. I just need ATS to be able to modify text/html as it passes through the proxy server. This should be extremely easy for a C/C++ programmer, as most of the code is already done in the example plugin. Once this plugin is done and tested, I will need a few more done, and the programmer that completes this first task will have first refusal.
