C# file/ server crypter

Looking for someone with knowledge of c# to build an application that encrypts exe files knowledge of making servers FUD--- if you don't know what that is, don't bid!! The files have to be fully encrypted yet still work perfectly when executed I want the application to be visually appealing, for resale need full rights to the program paying 50$ will hold funds until the program is tested
