C++ Virtual Windows Driver for mounting remote folders/disks

I need a windows virtual device driver that will enable me to mount remote folders (from ftp/web servers usually ) and iso images (local / remote) on my local windows system. I need communication to be done in kernel mode. A graĥical user interface as well as a command line interface are to be provided to configure + command this driver. Delay is 2 days and my top price can't be over 100$.
