The requirements looks very simple, seems can be finished in several hours. I have 8+ years of experience of C/C++ on Windows / Linux. and I am familiar with TCP/IP socket programming, common databases, etc. Especially I had been working in Huawei for more than 3 years. and accepted very rigorous QA training in Huawei, so I always know how to write safe code, how to test my program to make sure the high quality.
