I am very proficient in c, c++. I have 15 years c++ developing experience now, and I have worked for 5 years. I know how to create PPM images, no problem. I was wondering what languages you are trying to target the code requested. I can build you a function that can do take imagery input and output your PPM, I just need to know the format of the input and if any manipulations need to be performed.
