Develop a Smart tv Application

We are looking for an app that can be accessed through a smart tv (samsung, LG, vizio, Sony, etc) that has capabilities to display media through our media server/curated library of material. All our media is 4K h265 codec. We would like our clients to view our library and chose which one to view through a playlist. If there is a netflix/amazon-type template out there we/you can customize for our purposes that would be ideal.
