I'm reasonably sure I know what you're talking about from your limited description, what I'm not sure about are the details of your implementation. Ie. do you already have a ready navigator(or whatever software it is that you're using that needs this) and you're just struggling with this one particular issue, do you not know how to solve it and need the algorithm, do you want this implemented from the ground up? There's quite a few details here that are unknown. PM me if you'd be interested in giving me some details on what's going on; as the time/budget required can change depending on your answers.

I have knowledge and experience about C++ , image processing , neural networks, OS linux , windows, android. I can make this program in C++ using opencv , mingw (in Windows 10 , 64 bits sistem) or gcc (Ubuntu 14 , 64 bits sistem), with graphical user interface using wxwidgets or without gui. I choice a long therm for delivery for refine the proiect.
