Changing URL when content changed (Java)

The following Homepage ([login to view URL]) has a navigation menu on the left, which switches the content of the content DIV via javascript or PHP if no javascript is enabled. When changing the content via PHP, the whole URL is changed and the content can be accessed via a specific URL, for example (/[login to view URL]). If javascript enabled, the content is changed without reloading and the url does not change. ToDo: 1. The URL in the navigation bar has to change according to the selected content in the navigation menu, both with javascript enabled or not. The following website is the example for part 1: [login to view URL] 2. The navigation menu buttons have to stay colored if selected in php only mode as in the javascript enabled version. 3. Make the code SEO compatible: - The meta tags keywords, abstract, description have to change dynamically according to the selected content in the menu. - The content in PHP only version and javascript enabled version has to be accessible via the same external links.
