Automate my eBay work - Auto add phone number, address etc

I am a seller on eBay who sell around 10-30 products everyday. Every day I make those manual works which can be automated and save me a lot of time. ## HANDLING THE ORDERS I RECEIVE 1. I open the order details and copy them to the order notes (so I seek to auto-take the order address to notes) 2. If the address is PO Box, I need to send the customer a pattern text (so I seek to auto-send if "box" / "P.O" is on address) 3. A lot of times customers don't leave phone number and I must have them, I need to go the eBay User Information Request Page every time ([login to view URL]) enter the BuyerID, Item Number and wait for a mail to arrive to get his phone number. (so I am seeking for an automate way to know if they buyer left a phone number or not, and arrange they phone number by itself) I have 2 suppliers who ship my item: a. one who use oscommerce website and I put every order there separately, and I get email for every order I place, so for example if I got an order for a guy name "John Carson" I search for "John Carson" on my email, find his order, enter his order on the supplier website and get the tracking number from there. b. a vendor which get my orders throw an online excel sheet on google docs, all the address and tracking number are in the same line for each day. I don't know if it is possible to get information from there? ## HANDLING THE ORDERS I HAVE SHIPPED 1. Automatically find the tracking number of the guy who ordered it from my suppliers and automatically fill the tracking number on eBay. I understand there is a lot of programming on eBay ([login to view URL]) I would like to hear about a way to solve those issues, a userscript on Grease money is also acceptable.
