Project - Format Spreadsheet for upload format and upload 500 Spreadsheet - Project 1 We have a new CRM we need an exp and trusted freelancer to upload in this stage 500 spreadsheets in order to our CRM We have after a few more 1000's of spreadsheets This is first important project we release milestone only when you done! After we verify all correctly and you asked and followed our screenshots and instructions if you made mistakes you will have to redo!! Specs: - Each list max 50K contacts - you need to breakdown the lists of spreadsheets if each SS is > 10 MB - Max file Size is 10MB -Create new campaign for each list! - you can rename the new campaign after you finish uploading list See spreadsheet Screen 5 and u need to do ALL SCREENSHOTS SHOWN! - SO make sure to break files with over 10MB. many files you do not need to break -Each list you upload name of list will have [login to view URL] if you had to breakdown list do [login to view URL] (max 10MB) [login to view URL] Etc.. * all spreadsheets needs to have in this order: Column1/Column A - State / NO MATCHING NEEDED Column2/Column B - Specialty / NO MATCHING NEEDED Column3/Column C - Provider / NO MATCHING NEEDED Column4/Column D - Phone -> U MUST MATCH IT TO SYSTEM WHEN UPLOADING: HOME PHONE FIELD!!! NOT work phone or MOBILE PHONE!! MAKE SURE! * Orders of columns of all spreadsheets must be same!! ** extra fields of address and Network are ok *** U must match Home Phone Field to Phone # *** Remember create a new campaign and rename it to match list like we said above DO not Choose the option rename columns automatically for next upload option on BOTTOM !!!!!!! (IF YOU DO U WILL HAVE TO REDO ALL AGAIN!!!) Show us 10 spreadsheets and we will see you did it ok We will send you login to CRM and all Spread sheets We want to review work after 10 spreadsheets u uploaded / created campaigns and added all groups! Hello, I have checked all your sample files and explaining screenshots and I believe I am suitable to do this job. I am very good with excel (for the file splitting part) and I have a good internet speed to upload. I believe I could do at least 100 today, to get started. Depending on their sizes I could even do more. It will be slower in the beginning, of course, until I get used to it, but it will speed up afterwards. Hi I have check all the instructions that you have give, and I have below queries 1 Max file Size is 10 MB - Where to check the size on system as the file you have attach in the project is showing for 44 KB or the size I have to split itself on my computer only and then follow the instructions? 2) At image 5 it says rename and continue, so after that will it allow to add a new campaign? If so split the file to atleast 10 Mb each 2. when upload the file change the fourth column field on the CRM to Home phone 3. When the file have been succesfully uploaded, rename the campaign with this order : leadSource-state-InsuranceType-Specialty. 4. Make sure caller ID is ( 800 ) 727- 1363. 5. Dear Sir, All the steps are clear to me after going through the screenshots. i will breakdown the spreadsheet if size is greater than 10MB as per system requirement. Just one step is not very clear regarding matching of column D. I would like to discuss about this step. And i am ready to work on this project, initially it would be better if you check for first few spreadsheet so if any error comes i can rectify it at the start and we will be having error free work at the end of the project.
