• Data Entry: Performing daily data entry of information and updating data into the system.
Provide and support back up to the administrative team as required.
• Manage Databases: Use databases to enter and manage staff/students details for future reference and also produce reports based on the database information. The reports are generally used in meetings or conferences, or passed on to senior staff members.
• Filling: Filing important documents into appropriate places in a timely manner that includes placing folders in file cabinets or documents in online document-management programs. Accurate filing systems ensure easy access of all important records and documents.
• Information: Managing information includes acquiring, organizing, retrieving and disseminating information for every department in the school. Payroll, billing, orders, report and etc. Typically are all funneled through administration and forwarded to the appropriate person or department.
• Time Management: Manage the office personnel and managers appointments, such as arrange venues for meeting,
and required to take minutes of meeting, scheduling/informing staff of events and etc.
• General Basis: Generally required to handle calls/emails from students, lecturer and clients. Arrange appointments for bosses, manager and student, Receive file and distribute letters, faxes and emails to different officials within the organization/department. Handling enquiries and complaints on daily basis. Receive and process application form such as Scholarship, Bursary, Medical Insurance, DBS student pass, etc. Schedule for scholarship interviews, handling examination Question paper and maintain personnel files with respect to confidential info.
