I require Residential and or Buisnes to Business Databases created within the last 12 months. My business has connections to alot of list brokers and would be willing to pay a fair price for good data. The types of databases are simply: Australian Residential with full names, address, telephone, age etc Australian Business Database with Company Name, Address, Telephone, Fax, Email, Business Contact (preferrably Owner), number of employs, categorised by industry type etc Terms are simple. Pay per list $0.01c per listing. 25% put in escrow on acceptance of project we require the information to be atleast 80% accurate, any less will result in a lower payment for example 70% accurate then percentage difference will be paid.
