Delphi and Graphics: TBitmap Quality Quadrilateral Transformation

We need source code written in Delphi (compatible with versions from Delphi 5 until Delphi X4) for computer graphics computation and manipulation of a TBitmap Object achieving the following goals: - Given a TBitmap with pixel format 32bits (24 bits color + 8 bits alpha) and given its top-left position on a imaginary background plane - Given the new coordinates in this plane of the four corners of the original TBitmap rectangle to form a distorted rectangle that is a quadrilateral 1) Create a new TBitmap Object which will contain the transformed quadrilateral of the original TBitmap and will be the quadrilateral transformation as in the photoshop quadrilateral free transformation tool) 2)The transformation should be done with the option of using both a low quality (for fast rendering) and a high quality pixel interpolation algorithm 3)deliver source code and example project
