I believe I could help you design this simple PCB. As I understand it you just want the following functions:- Electric brakes require 4 Amp to be delivered for 15 minutes if switch is activated. Circuit is to remain activated until breaksafe pin is replaced or battery dead. Red – indicates battery voltage is too low and must be charged before using trailer Green - indicates battery charged and trailer ready for use Device needs to have a switch on the outside which when pressed indicated red or green depending upon battery state. Bi-colour LED required to show red or green In which case I would provide the following deliverables:- 1. Circuit diagram as a pdf 2. Items list fully costed using distributers part numbers as an excel spread sheet. 3. Custom PC layout with assembly as pdf for approval. 4.
