Creating baseline Finder on Excel files , Machine learning, Python, Math -- 2

Design Project for Sr. Level coders.  The objective is to design a platform to find baselines by analyzing collected data.  The platform should be coded to employ the use of ANOCVA.  The coder will have access to a development environment as well as a production environment.  There will be 3 dedicated servers set up due to the amount of memory the task will drain.  1. Server for collecting of the data. 2. Server for processing and analyzing of the data. 3. Server for testing in the live environment.   The Sr. Coder should have clear understanding of structure, SDLC, time management, documentation of work, Extensive communication, and strict adherence to deadlines.  The project has a 90 day timeline.  Stories in the project will be monitored and tracked through pivotal tracker.  A bonus for timely completion has been budgeted into the project.  The project is not for a novice coder or someone that wants to test their skills.  A Seasoned Senior coder that has rolled out very robust projects with moving parts.  In addition the qualified candidate would be highly considered for a permanent ongoing contract with the project.  Previous experience with Big Data, Forex, MT4, C++, Java are a plus.  High scores on [login to view URL] exams with 4 out of 5 or better is desired.  Understanding English or having a good translation software to grasp the specifications of the project highly desired.
