Create a media player

Hi, This might sound like a very strange request to most people. I will pay you money for the following. I want someone to create for me a media player (like windows media player, real player etc) which has play/pause option but does not have a rewind / forward option. So I want someone to create a media player which does not have a rewind / forward option. This might sound like a very strange request but this is the way I want my media player to be. Also, I want the media player to have the following feature – the ability to automatically resume playing from the place you left off watching. A lot of media players have this feature.
