Complete Adobe AIR SDK

We need an SDK that has been written in Adobe AIR to be completed. Our current contractor got busy with other things and didn't finish the project. If you use the existing code - GREAT. If you don't - GREAT. This bid should assume that you will be completed with the project. Because we have code already written, there will be no pre-payment. We need it finished by end of week and willing to pay when it is done. Included in the zip file is both the sdk, as well as a demo app. It is largely done -> just need to get it wrapped and clean as an implementation. Approval for completion will be based on approval from our who will use the SDK with their application. They will be looking for: - Low memory footprint/overhead - queued events sent - Graceful handling of network unavailability the fixed price should address end-to-end testing to have parity with any of our other SDK's - > which can be made available.
