Basic web app, MEAN stack on Heroku

I need a new website. I need you to design and build it. Must build basic web-app using MEAN stack, [login to view URL] and hosted on Heroku. Must have passportjs authentication for username/password, twitter, Facebook, and google. Users should be able to visit the site, log in, then create chat rooms that show a chat screen on the left side of the screen and the ability to make a to-do list on the right side of the screen. To-do list must be shared with all users in the chat room. Must be able to give each to-do item different steps to complete the todo. Must be able to assign todo items to users in the chat room. All todos must be saved with the chatroom. Chatrooms should have unique URLs.
