hello there, i have experience with highcharts and other similar chart applications to display good looking charts from the web. in order to get real time data one of the best ways is to run a vps 24/7 with meta trader exporting data at regular intervals to a mysql database. form there the web application can read the data and make candle charts for different assets, etc. your budget is to low, i am not sure how many widgets do you need but just to get started i at least charge 300 usd. if interested please contact.
