Community + Chat Software (AJAX / JSON / JQUERY / WEBSOCKET)

Hello together, I want to start a Community + Chat on my own Debian 7 OR Ubuntu VServer, hosted by a foreign provider, so NOT on my computer and NOT under windows. Example Site: [login to view URL] Login - Username: eVopleX Login-Password: demotest This is how the site should look like at the end, full featured, server sent, ajax streaming, event driven. User-Registry with MySQL Fun-Commands with MySQL User-Rights for each chat-command (Superuser, VIP, Moderator, Admin) with MySQL Smilies with MySQL Questbook with MySQL Memo (short messages for offline user) with MySQL Chat-Commands either with MySQL or in the Source-Code implemented. Each Chat-Command must have permission request because if the User-Rights Whisper / Private-Chat should NOT open a new window (test it in the example page) Whisper / Private-Chat should work like '/name text' - The design (.html files) will have to be in a special folder so that i can change the design myself. cnages in the design will have to take affect without restarting the chat. - The socket / port should be possible to change for the case that i want to run the chat twice on my server. - Changes in the MySQL db should take affect without restarting the chat - The userlist must include all users in chat, seperated by roomname + the user that are in the community online but not in the chat, seperated by 'also online')
