I need the Arduino SPI Library converted from C++ to JavaScript and tested to 100% functionality with a Chrome App:

The Chrome App is already built, so all we need is the library converted. Please be proficient in C++, expert in JavaScript, have access to an Arduino Uno for testing, and be familiar with or able to learn basic Chrome App functionality.

I have worked on several c++ and javascript projects. I am also did several hardware projects using rapberry pi and arduino board. I have uno board and worked on several complex algorithm coding for Arduino. I am not quite clear here. The SPI C++ library is written for Arduino board and do you want to convert it to javascript that will run on chrome app on a desktop/laptop? I have seen such application that uses serial communication with Arduino board and is this requirement is like that app? Let me know more detail about this project.

sorry but you can not Access to Arudido API hardware from JavaScript, yuo need a médium languague like cpp in order to compile and call them.
Chrome App JavaScript have some security Wall that forbiddenn Access directly to hardware in your computer its a security role that you can not break easy
You must need a bridge installed that could be used in order to comunnicate with the api like a web service or similar in order to communicate javascripot with arduino api.
