Amazon S3 direct uploads and modifications

I want a programmer to build a flash application that can upload files of any size to my amazon s3 bucket WITHOUT uploading them first on my server. I want that it directly uploads it to amazon s3. Also I want this flash application to rename the file before uploading it. I mean if the file is [login to view URL] the flash uploader will upload to amazon s3 this file with another name like [login to view URL] in case this is a video file it must also extract a thumbnail and save it in the bucket with a name like [login to view URL] (supported video formats will be .avi, .flv and .mp4) The flash uploader will be embed in a php page and I wil pass the variable "anothername"... It must upload only permitted file types and sizes (e.g. png,jpg,gif,bmp,flv,avi and any other i choose) It must also be able to run a javascript event after a success upload so that it calls a php page passing details like upload time, filename, duration in case of a video, size ecc It must log the uploads in a mySQL DB, so that if an upload is cancelled by the user or accidentaly, the next time the user opens the uploader it will perform a deletion of the unsuccessull files from the amazon s3 bucket... The uploader will be consisted of the following... select file button, title, description, tags and add another upload button so that the user can add more files in the upload queue. It must be multilingual. So, use an xml file for example to load the language variables... It must accept even letters like greek, arabian or chinese (that's for a future use but it must be ready from now)... That's all... I explained in details exactly what i need... there are ready flash uploaders that can do these jobs but I can't adjust them to use the amazon s3 API... So, you can propose me even to use one of those instead of making a new one if you want... For example: [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] Have in mind that my server resources (storage and bandwidth) can't be used... I will only load the uploader. No other operation must be done on my server! Keep the price low and the uploader light ;)
