Hello! It sounds like an interesting challenge and very good fit. I have great experience with Chrome extensions, so it will be done in very professional way. As you know Chrome extensions don't have access to file system, so cannot run any .bat / .ps1 file. But I can build a Python script for you, and it will monitor a tab and then execute what you want based on some conditions (contains / doesn't contain certain word). It can be done using the regex match on the html / page text and then using the chrom extension native api to trigger the script. All the params can be made configurable.
