Cease and Desist Letter - open to bidding

Hi Joyce, I would like to have you write a cease and desist letter that will got to two parents from me on behalf of my 15 year old daughter. Two students at her school have continually spread malicious rumors and lies. My daughter has confronted them and they will not stop. This started in the summer of 2016 and the intent to harm has escalated. We thought that this was typical teenage behavior but this has gone beyond that. My daughter is now talking about not wanting to live or be around these two students. She attends a small school with only 60 students in her class. She can not get away from them. Please help me to put a stop to this malicious behavior. It all started over volleyball. My daughter and one of the girls were best friends and played volleyball together. My daughter is a better player and the other girl and her parents decided that they were going to make a person mission to get rid of the high school coach since their daughter did not like him. The mother told me to my face that she was going to do everything in her power so that Morgan would not play for him. They were able to have the coach removed by saying he was touching the girls inappropriately. He was not fired but he left on his own due to the fact that he also runs a club program and would not want to have something like this over his head. We just want the parents to put a stop to this behavior as it is taking a toll on my daughters well being. Can you please help!! We have students and parents that have heard these slander remarks about my daughter and it is causing her to lose friends, lose school presidency, talk about suicide, etc. I just want them to leave her alone.
