Looking for someone to develop am ITCH protocol handler for a financial exchange in C++ on Linux. I have detailed specs about the protocol, data format, tools, operating system, etc. Project consists of implementing protocol - single or multi-threaded (choice is yours), establishing connection, managing session, and logging data to a known file format. Please see the attached file for an example of the protocol that we would like implemented.
