Crypto-Currency Trading Software

I need a Crypto-Currency Trading Software developed from start to finish. It will have to be tested for bugs and work efficiently. It should be able to auto-trade on three websites that I will disclose in time and automatically trade all of the currencies on those three sites. It needs to perform the function of buying low and selling high automatically for the user of the program. I have examples of how I want this to behave and this is why the price that I am asking for, for development is low. Please only make offers that seem sensible.
