distributed syn port scanner

distributed syn port scanner command line application that connects back to a server for work instructions including port(s) (ip ranges) (list of ips) as results are scanned they should be submitted back to server that gives work instructions. ability to resume throughout network if a node goes down while scanning another node can pickup work left to complete. need a compact application that has ability to run with no extra dependencies needed to be installed [login to view URL] there are plenty of libraries and already available code so please do not over bid
